…(and even bigger ones) shouldn’t need to deal with more than exploring and imagining all the different ways they can use the amazing technology around them.
Our children should never have to fear that malicious individuals are invading their screens to exploit their lives for money, amusement, (or worse).
What we do…
The Halten Network is operating and growing multiple programs supporting and protecting children. In addition to providing funding and support to our flagship partner initiative, Artemis, and our newest program in development Athena, we are connecting data resources, identifying new partnerships and research pathways, and seeking opportunities to deliver on the promise of making the internet safer for everyone, especially kids.
The Artemis Initiative supports an independent network of investigative experts in collecting information related to online child abuse. With over 200 years of collective expertise in global digital analysis and security, this Initiative connects State- and Nation-level Departments of Justice and Law Enforcement communities with details that strengthen their prosecutions of crimes against children.
The in-development Athena Initiative supports our partners’ creation and social-media dissemination of knowledge and resources for kids: To arm them with the awareness and resources to shut down unwanted contact before becoming victims; and take the fear and shame out of speaking up about contact with online creeps.
For our work, No Victim we support will ever receive a bill. No Law Enforcement organization we aid will ever receive a bill. We are a volunteer network of people who have dedicated their lives to public service and national security.

Donations Status Note
The Halten Network applied for recognition as a newly formed Federal 501(c)(3), tax-exempt organization (a nonprofit) early in Q4 of 2025. Full 501(c)(3) recognition is expected in the first half of 2026, thus any donations made now would be tax-deductible in 2026 and we’ll stay in touch with you to confirm.
In the remote event of a significant IRS delay, regardless of timing, all donations made would be tax-deductible retroactively once the Halten Network’s certification is confirmed.
Charitable Registration Notice
As a newly formed nonprofit, The Halten Network is in the process of registering for charitable solicitation in applicable U.S. states. Contributions are accepted only from jurisdictions where the organization is registered or where registration is not currently required.
